Hold the road steady
when the GPU gets busy.

This pass adds adaptive frame pacing for desktop and mobile. It keeps fuller desktop visuals when there is room, cools down mobile Auto quality under load, and exposes the render cadence in an in-game local report.

Local-only diagnostics. Press L or tap FRAME in game. Reports stay in the browser unless the player copies or downloads them.
