What travels with the source

CPAL §14 provides for prominent attribution when covered software starts a graphical session. This release supplies an opening dedication and a credits view. Keeping both is the project convention; the license’s actual display obligation is governed by §14 and Exhibit B, not an extra homemade restriction.

Keep the source notices and complete license, document your changes, and meet the source-availability obligations for covered code and modifications. Network deployment also triggers source availability under §15. Separate code in a larger work is not automatically relicensed; see §3.7.

Commercial use is permitted subject to the license. This project does not offer an MIT alternative that would bypass its attribution terms. Independent games that do not use covered material are not bound by these terms.

Privacy by simplicity

The tribute website includes no analytics, advertising, account system, or tracking scripts. The game stores settings and progress locally in your browser and can cache its own files. The web host may process ordinary request information. The share button uses your device’s sharing or clipboard features only after you choose it.
