# 99½ REBORN — Terms Summary Draft

Build 034 / Pass 25 adds a static Terms Kit for public playtests and free-to-play launch preparation.

## Plain-language promise

- 99½ REBORN is free to play in this package.
- No account is required.
- No ads, paid boosts, premium currency, loot boxes, battle pass, or microtransactions are included.
- The game stores saves and reports locally in the player browser unless the player chooses to export or share them.
- Feedback tools generate local Markdown/JSON only; this static site does not upload reports.

## Player responsibility

Use the game respectfully. Do not misrepresent unofficial builds as certified storefront releases. Keep backups of any save or memory export you care about, because browser storage can be cleared by the browser or device.

This is a playable pre-alpha and a memorial project. It is not a final commercial launch, not legal advice, not a deployment, and not certification by Epic, Steam, Microsoft, itch.io, or any storefront.

## Code, media and attribution

Code and packaged notices remain governed by the included license and notice files. Media, models, and source data keep their own included attribution and permission notes. Buttercup’s memorial dedication must travel with covered code and public packages.
