# 99½ REBORN — Release Candidate Go / No-Go Checklist

This checklist is local launch guidance, not a certification claim.

## Must pass before public share

- Upload the full website ZIP contents, not the outer ZIP itself.
- Verify `/play/` loads in a fresh browser tab.
- Run `/launch-check/` and export its JSON report.
- Confirm `/repair/` remains reachable for older broken service-worker installs.
- Confirm `/free-play/`, `/privacy/`, `/terms/`, `/credits/`, `/feedback/`, and `/playtest/` are reachable.
- Confirm the standalone ZIP downloads from `/downloads/`.
- Close older REBORN tabs before testing save behavior.
- Keep a copy of the previous full website ZIP ready for rollback.

## Manual driving loop

1. Open `/play/`.
2. Continue past the dedication.
3. Start Free Drive.
4. Accelerate, brake, steer, and recover.
5. Open the menu and verify Feedback / Launch Check / Repair links.
6. Create or replay one Drive Memory if time permits.
7. Confirm no page crash or blank renderer.

## No-go conditions

- `/play/` fails to load after `/repair/`.
- Launch Check cannot fetch the current release metadata.
- The standalone ZIP link is broken.
- Saves are overwritten by older tabs during the test.
- Graphics recovery cannot export a session on a renderer failure.
- Public pages claim certification, approval, telemetry, ads, payments, or cloud saves that this package does not provide.
