# 99½ REBORN — Static Deployment Runbook

## Package to deploy

Deploy the **contents** of `REBORN-PASS-24-RELEASE-CANDIDATE-FULL-WEBSITE.zip` to the existing static host.

Do not deploy the standalone ZIP as the website root. Do not deploy the Actions/evidence ZIP.

## Sequence

1. Keep the previous full website ZIP available locally.
2. Extract the Build 034 full website ZIP.
3. Upload the extracted root contents to the current static site deployment target.
4. Confirm root `/`, `/play/`, `/launch-check/`, `/repair/`, and `/downloads/REBORN-PASS-25-GRAPHICS-POLISH-Standalone.zip` are reachable.
5. On a phone or desktop, close old REBORN tabs before first Build 034 test.
6. Run Launch Check and export its report.
7. Share `/free-play/`, `/playtest/`, and `/feedback/` with early testers.

## Cache note

The game service worker is scoped to `/play/`. The static site root should not clear player saves. For old broken installs, use `/repair/` before clearing site data.
