99½ REBORN is a browser-first, static, free-to-play driving tribute. It is not affiliated with Volkswagen or DRIVER. It includes a bundled North Berwick, Maine-inspired world, a MkIV Jetta model with attribution, local saves, drive memories, route ghosts, replay cameras, passenger conversations, weather, Workshop memory content, save protection, graphics recovery, launch checks, and a store/press preparation kit.

Good first look: open /launch-check/ after deployment, then /play/. Close older game tabs after publishing a new build. Do not clear site data unless you intend to erase local browser saves.

Content note: this is a playable pre-alpha and a memorial project. Treat visuals, performance, and gameplay balance as evolving.
