BUILD 029 · PASS 20 · ACCESSIBILITY KIT
Make it easier
to actually drive.
This pass adds a public accessibility and usability hub for playtesters. It documents keyboard controls, touch expectations, readable-text checks, motion/graphics recovery notes, and honest current limitations. It does not claim formal WCAG certification.
Local static site only. No analytics, telemetry, or automated accessibility reporting endpoint was added. Testers export or copy reports manually.
Control and access matrix
| Area | Current support | Known limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Keyboard driving | Arrow/WASD style driving paths remain supported in the playable game, with Escape/pause and menu navigation covered by existing browser tests. | Final controller remapping and full screen-reader gameplay are not claimed. |
| Touch driving | Landscape touch controls are tested for size, overlap, release behavior, pause/focus loop, portrait pause, and resumed driving guard. | Physical-phone performance and every Android/iOS/browser combination are not certified. |
| Reading comfort | Text-size options up to 200% are retained, and the paused/recovery menus are tested for reachable actions in narrow portrait layout. | Some in-world visual information remains graphical and may need more audio/text alternatives later. |
| Motion and graphics recovery | Context loss pauses drive/replay and provides a local recovery/export path. Hidden tabs stop rendering work. | GPU driver resets are not physically certified; CI uses Chromium software WebGL. |
| Saving and feedback | Local session export, standalone ZIP, Feedback Kit, Playtest Kit, Roadmap Kit, and Launch Check are bundled. | No cloud save, hosted issue intake, telemetry, account, or live backend exists. |
